The delectable meats and fresh fish dishes at nearby Tinto y Tapas tickled my taste buds! Plus, it was always nice to return to a super clean room after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect for me as a culinary explorer!

While the walls were a bit thin (you could hear your neighbors) and the AC always reminded me of a battle against the heat, don't worry about it too much! Having to leave your key at the reception, even for a quick run to Carrefour, felt a tad quirky but added to the adventure.

You could hear water running in the walls whenever a toilet or shower above you was operated.

Rooms are a bit worn , but excellent location and friendly staff made it worthwhile.

The reception desk was managed by an English speaking, helpful person. The hotel was very convenient to the Atocha train station, Prado and Reina Sofia Museums, and a large park.

We should have gotten better directions from m30 to the hotel before driving to the city.

The room was tiny, with dirty sheets, and the staff couldn't be bothered to fix the AC, so I had to open the window. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences but received nothing. I almost thought about leaving a good review but just couldn't after that disappointment.

The location couldn't be any better. The hotel was within a few minutes walking distance from the Prado Museum, the Raina Sofia, the Caixa Forum, the Thyssen and the metro. Also very easy to get to the hotel from the airport. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is very clean and the staff very professional. Great value for the money.

I loved the cozy vibe here, especially the lovely decor and the nice shower in my room that made my stay super comfortable. The hotel had a great lounge area and a TV room for some downtime after a long day. Just a heads up, the bed was a bit firmer than I like, but it didn't take away from my experience! 😊

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location was perfect we could walk a couple of blocks and catch the "Hop on Hop off" bus in front of the McDonalds and tour the city and the main train station was a five minute walk as well.

The hotel was straightforward with magnificent and perfect location close to many bars and restaurants. The staff were excellent, everything was very good. Location: the property was near Atocha Train Station and several restaurants and museums and galleries. Stopped by Matilda to get some coffee and treats, it's 4-6 minutes' walking distance from the venue, recommend.
